It is very challenging to balance life, work and sick children. More and more companies are realizing the importance of keeping everything “in balance." When your home life is not running smoothly, everything else suffers, especially work. It’s very difficult to be at work when your thoughts are still at home.
Between the holidays and the end of the semester at the U of A, this is a very stressful time of year... and then your daughter spikes a fever. Fortunately, we called Choice Options and Melissa E. was on our doorstep this morning. We have used the service before, and we have always received excellent service from all of the people involved. Today I came home to the wonderful news that my daughter was fever-free, but I was extremely distracted. I thanked Melissa for her time and out the door she went. I didn't realize she had cleaned my kitchen...my dishes were clean, the dishwasher was cleaned out and reloaded... I almost cried. I felt so bad I did not notice, so this is a public thank you to Melissa E. for giving me a little extra time this afternoon and taking such wonderful care of my daughter while I was at work. This service has been so wonderful, especially since we do not have family in the area to help us out when things like this happen. Thank you so much!
